AirLaundry

Terms of Service

The rules for using AirLaundry, and what you and we agree to when you do.

Last updated October 17, 2026

1. Agreeing to these terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and Ownership Code LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company that operates AirLaundry (“AirLaundry,” “we,” “us”). They cover your use of airlaundry.ai and the accounts, listings, checkout, document signing, statements and other services we offer through it (together, the “Service”).

By creating an account, joining a waitlist, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you use the Service for a company or other entity, you confirm you can bind it, and “you” means that entity too. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Please read section 15 carefully. With limited exceptions, it requires you and AirLaundry to resolve disputes through binding individual arbitration, not in court, and waives class actions.

2. What AirLaundry is, and is not

AirLaundry is a marketplace. It lets laundromat operators (“hosts”) offer commercial washers and dryers in their stores for sale, and lets buyers (“machine owners”) buy them, rent the spot each machine stands in, and receive statements and payouts for what their machines earn. The host runs the store.

AirLaundry provides the platform and holds payments in escrow as described in the Cancellations and refunds policy. It is not the seller of any machine, does not own the machines, does not operate stores and does not lend. Where financing is offered, the lender is the store’s host.

AirLaundry does not give investment, tax, legal or accounting advice, and nothing on the Service is an offer of securities or a recommendation to buy. Owning machines carries real risk, including the risk that a store earns less than expected or closes. Talk to your own advisers before you buy.

3. Eligibility and your account

  • You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract. The Service is offered in the United States, and we do not claim it is appropriate or available elsewhere.
  • Give us accurate, current information, and keep it up to date. Buying, hosting and getting paid depend on it.
  • Keep your sign-in details to yourself. You are responsible for what happens under your account, and must tell us promptly if you think someone else has used it.
  • One person per account. Do not create an account for someone else or use another person’s account.

4. Buying machines and hosting a store

A purchase is made under agreements you sign through the Service, such as the purchase agreement, spot lease, operating agreement and, if you finance, the financing agreement. A host’s relationship with AirLaundry is governed by the Platform Terms the host signs. Those signed agreements set out the deal itself: price, financing, revenue share, costs, payouts and how each may be ended. If they conflict with these Terms, the signed agreement controls for that subject.

Each store sets some of its own terms, such as down payment and financing. You will see the terms for a store before you sign anything. An offer is not accepted, and a sale is not complete, until the steps described at checkout and in the Cancellations and refunds policy are done.

5. Figures on the Service are estimates

Store revenue, cycles per day, example months, illustrations and other figures on the Service are estimates or are reported by hosts. AirLaundry does not audit or verify them, and they are not a promise of revenue, utilization, uptime or return. Past results of a store do not guarantee future results.

6. Fees and payments

  • AirLaundry charges a fee when you buy, a fee included in the rate if you finance, and a daily fee per machine itemized on your statements. The current fees are listed in the FAQ and in your agreements, and every amount you owe is shown before you sign. Fees may change, but not under an agreement you have already signed.
  • Deposits are paid through Stripe using the payment methods offered at checkout, such as card, bank account, or a pay-later provider, and are subject to the terms of Stripe and of the method you choose. Balances are paid by bank transfer to the escrow account AirLaundry holds, using the details we give you.
  • Deposits, refunds, cancellations and escrow are covered by the Cancellations and refunds policy, which forms part of these Terms.
  • All amounts are in U.S. dollars. You are responsible for your own taxes, including tax on what your machines earn.
  • We may correct pricing errors, and may decline or cancel an order before it completes, in which case any money you paid toward it is refunded in full.

7. Emails and text messages

You agree that we may send you notices, agreements, statements and other records electronically, by email or through your account, and that these satisfy any requirement that they be in writing. Electronic signatures you make through the Service bind you as a handwritten signature would.

If you tick the box to receive text messages, we may text you about AirLaundry machines, store openings and offers, including by automated means. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Agreeing to texts is never a condition of a purchase. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in any of them.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • use the Service for anything unlawful, fraudulent or misleading, including misrepresenting a store, its revenue or the condition of a machine;
  • arrange a sale introduced through the Service outside it to avoid AirLaundry’s fees or escrow;
  • access the Service by automated means, scrape it, or place an unreasonable load on it;
  • probe, test or get around its security, or access accounts or data that are not yours;
  • copy, modify, resell or build a competing service from the Service or its content; or
  • interfere with anyone else’s use of the Service.

9. Your content and our property

You keep ownership of the information and files you give us, such as application documents, photos and revenue reports. You give AirLaundry a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to store, copy, display and use them as needed to run the Service, including showing a host’s store listing to buyers and a store’s reported figures to its machine owners. You confirm you have the right to give us that content.

The Service, including its software, design, text and the AirLaundry name and logo, belongs to AirLaundry or its licensors. These Terms give you a limited, non-transferable right to use the Service for its intended purpose, and nothing more. If you send us feedback or suggestions, we may use them freely without owing you anything.

10. Other services we rely on

Parts of the Service are provided by others, such as account sign-in, payment processing and electronic signatures. Your use of those parts may also be subject to their terms. AirLaundry is not responsible for services or websites it does not control.

11. Suspension and ending your account

We may suspend or close your account, or refuse service, if you break these Terms, if we suspect fraud or a security risk, or if the law requires it. You may close your account at any time by contacting us. Closing an account does not end agreements you have signed, which continue on their own terms. Sections 5, 6 and 9 through 17, and anything else that by its nature should, survive the end of these Terms.

12. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE FULLEST EXTENT THE LAW ALLOWS, AIRLAUNDRY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. AIRLAUNDRY DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE OR ERROR-FREE, AND DOES NOT GUARANTEE THE PERFORMANCE, CONDUCT, SOLVENCY OR CONTINUED OPERATION OF ANY HOST OR STORE, THE CONDITION OF ANY MACHINE, OR ANY REVENUE OR RETURN. Any warranty on a machine comes from its seller or manufacturer, not from AirLaundry.

13. Limitation of liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT THE LAW ALLOWS, AIRLAUNDRY AND ITS OWNERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES AND AGENTS ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, LOST REVENUE OR LOST DATA, ARISING FROM THE SERVICE OR THESE TERMS, EVEN IF FORESEEABLE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF THE FEES YOU PAID TO AIRLAUNDRY IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM AROSE, OR ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100). This does not limit liability that the law does not allow to be limited, or AirLaundry’s obligations to return money it holds for you in escrow.

14. Indemnity

You agree to defend and indemnify AirLaundry and its owners, officers, employees and agents against claims, losses and costs, including reasonable lawyers’ fees, that arise from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Service, or content or information you provide being false or infringing someone’s rights.

15. Disputes, arbitration and class action waiver

Before starting a claim, contact us at hello@air-laundry.com and give us 30 days to try to resolve it informally.

If we cannot, you and AirLaundry agree that any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service will be resolved by final and binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its applicable rules, conducted by videoconference or in Wyoming, at your election. The arbitrator decides questions about the scope and enforceability of this agreement to arbitrate. Either of us may instead bring an individual claim in small claims court, or ask a court to stop infringement of intellectual property.

YOU AND AIRLAUNDRY EACH WAIVE THE RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL AND TO BRING OR TAKE PART IN A CLASS, COLLECTIVE OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION. Claims may be brought only individually.

Disputes under an agreement you signed through the Service are resolved as that agreement provides. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Anything not subject to arbitration will be heard in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, and you consent to their jurisdiction. To the extent the law allows, a claim must be brought within one year after it arises.

16. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms. We will post the new version here with a new date and, for a material change, tell you by email or in your account at least 30 days before it takes effect. Continuing to use the Service after that means you accept the change. Changes do not alter agreements you have already signed.

17. General

These Terms, the policies they refer to and any agreement you sign through the Service are the whole agreement between you and AirLaundry about the Service. If part of them cannot be enforced, the rest still applies. Our not enforcing a right is not a waiver of it. You may not transfer these Terms without our consent; we may transfer them to a successor. Neither of us is liable for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control. These Terms create no partnership, joint venture, employment or agency relationship.
